Quick answer
How does furniture collection work with Giga Removals?
We collect furniture from a shop, a private seller or another home and deliver it to the room you choose, in London or anywhere in the UK. A Small Transit and driver costs £55 an hour, 2-hour minimum (£110).
More about this service
Bookings are in whole hours. If a job runs over, extra time is charged in 30-minute steps. Mileage is charged one way, collection to delivery. Every job has £10,000 goods-in-transit cover, and you pay by bank transfer after the delivery.
You get a dedicated van and our own crew, so your furniture never goes through a parcel network. We collect from furniture shops and showrooms, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree and eBay sellers, auction houses, storage units and private homes, 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. Same-day collection is possible when a van is free.

Furniture courier service in London
A furniture courier in London is a van and crew that moves one or a few large items, not a whole house. Parcel couriers will not take a sofa, a wardrobe or a dining table; we will, wrapped in blankets and carried into the right room.
Use us as your courier for furniture bought online, from a shop, an auction or a private seller, or to send furniture to family across London. We also take furniture to towns and cities across the UK.
