A Small Transit with a driver is £55 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum. For heavy items or stairs, book a 2-person crew at £75 an hour.

Check the item will fit through your front door, up the stairs and along the hallway before you buy.
You pay the seller directly. We only handle the collection and delivery.
Planning tip
Ask the seller to have the item near the door and ready to go. It saves time on the clock.
Collection only items
Facebook Marketplace and eBay collection service
Many listings on Facebook Marketplace and eBay are collection only, or "collection in person". If you cannot get there, or the item will not fit in a car, our Facebook Marketplace collection service picks it up from the seller and brings it to you.
How it works
You agree the sale and pay the seller. Then send us both postcodes, the seller's floor and whether there is a lift, a photo of the item and a collection time that suits the seller. We collect, wrap and strap the item, and carry it into your room.
eBay collection in person
The same works for eBay items marked collection in person: we collect the eBay item for you and deliver it to your door. Keep your eBay messages with the seller handy so the collection goes smoothly.
A small van with a driver is £55 an hour (2-hour minimum, £110), or £75 an hour for a 2-person crew for heavy items (2-hour minimum, £150). Mileage is charged one way.
