Quick answer
How much does a man and van cost in London?
Three options, all priced by the hour, van and crew together. The driver counts as one of the crew.

- Postcodes: Collection and delivery.
- Floor levels: Which floor at each end, and whether there's a working lift.
- Parking: Where the van can stop, and any permit zones.

Example: you book a 2-person crew for 3 hours (£225). The job takes 3 hours 20 minutes, so one 30-minute step is added (£37.50). Stairs are £10 per person on the crew, per flight of stairs, for each hour at that address. A floor is two flights, the ground floor is free and a working lift removes the charge.

Where we operate
Man and van across London and the UK
Most of our man and van jobs are in and around London, in areas like Ilford, Stratford, Croydon, Hackney, Islington, Canary Wharf and West London. We also go anywhere else in the UK. See the areas we cover.
Student rooms, studios, one-bed flats, Marketplace furniture and small office runs. Bigger homes usually suit house removals.
We check parking, stairs and tight turns before the day. If a sofa won't fit up the stairs, we'll suggest sofa hoisting early.
Local tip
Label boxes by room, clear the stairs the night before and send a photo of the parking. Those three things save the most time on the day.
Before you book
Four things to check before you book
Have these ready and booking takes two minutes, and the day runs to time.
- Parking for the van at both addresses, or a bay suspension booked
- Lift booked or stairs noted at both ends
- Boxes packed and labelled by room before we arrive
- Beds and wardrobes that need dismantling pointed out
