Step by step

How office removals work

From survey to desks back in use, planned around your downtime.

  1. 1
    Share office details

Desk count, floors, parking, IT notes and preferred out-of-hours window.

A photo of the floor plan speeds up the price.
  2. 2
    Agree move plan

We confirm crew, crates, dismantling and whether IT relocation needs a specialist slot.

  3. 3
    Pack and label

Desk contents and files packed into crates or boxes by team or zone.

  4. 4
    Load-out

Furniture wrapped and loaded, with lifts and loading bays booked in.

  5. 5
    Set-up

Desks and agreed furniture rebuilt, and IT placed ready for your engineers.

Office removals approaches

Three ways we usually run an office move.

Small office clear-downs

Desks, chairs and files moved with labelled crates and after-hours options when needed.

IT-aware office moves

Monitors, towers and peripherals labelled for reconnecting. Complex racks go to IT server relocation.

Commercial access planning

Loading bays, lifts and weekend slots planned for offices in Croydon, Stratford, Holborn, West London and beyond.
