Fulfilment centres work to fixed delivery appointments. Book your slot with Amazon first, then book the van so it arrives in good time. Keep the appointment details to hand on the day.
Check Amazon's current pallet and labelling rules for your shipment before collection. Tell us how many pallets or boxes you have, their size and weight, and whether you need a tail-lift.
The van is booked in whole hours: a Small Transit with driver is £55/hr, 2-hour minimum. Waiting at a busy goods-in bay counts as time on the job, so allow for it. Mileage is charged one way, collection to delivery.

Office hours are 8am–10pm, seven days a week.
Nothing to pay upfront. You pay after the job.

Stairs, lifts, CPZ parking and long carries are checked before the team arrives.
We are based in London and take local, long-distance and city-to-city moves across the UK.
Yes. London is our base, and we cover the whole UK. We do house removals, flat moves, man and van hire, packing and specialist furniture moves. Local jobs and long-distance moves are planned the same way: items, access and parking first, then the right van and crew. Office hours are 8am–10pm, seven days a week. Mileage is charged one way, collection to delivery, at the van’s per-mile rate.
A Small Transit with driver only is £55/hr, 2-hour minimum (£110). With a 2-person crew it is £75/hr, 2-hour minimum (£150). A Luton with a 3-person crew is £130/hr, 3-hour minimum (£390). Bookings are in whole hours; if a job runs over, extra time is charged in 30-minute steps. Mileage is charged one way, collection to delivery. Stairs are £10 per person per flight per hour (ground floor free, a working lift removes the charge). Blankets, straps and £10,000 goods-in-transit cover are included. No ULEZ, weekend, evening or bank-holiday premium.
Yes. Fixed quotes suit fuller homes, awkward access or busy parking. Email photos, a room or item list, both postcodes, floor levels and parking notes to info@gigaremovals.uk. Hourly works well for lighter, well-prepared jobs. Either way you see mileage, stairs and cover before you book.
Yes. Stairs, lifts, long carries and tight access are planned into the booking so the crew size fits the building. Stairs are £10 per person on the crew, per flight, for each hour at that address. A floor is 2 flights, the ground floor is free and a working lift removes the charge. It is in the price, not added on the doorstep. If a sofa will not fit, we can arrange a hoist as a separate option.
Yes. Every Giga Removals booking includes £10,000 goods-in-transit cover, plus blankets and straps for furniture. Declare high-value or fragile items before collection so the crew can plan for them. If a building manager asks for proof of cover, we can send it when the booking is confirmed.
Same-day and next-day moves are possible when a van and crew are free. Use the booking form or ask Giga in the chat to check. Smaller loads are easier at short notice than full house moves. Office hours are 8am–10pm, seven days a week. If today is full, we offer the next open slot.
