Small Transit, driver only: £55/hr, 2-hour minimum (£110). Small Transit, 2-person crew: £75/hr, 2-hour minimum (£150). Luton Box Van, 3-person crew: £130/hr, 3-hour minimum (£390). After the minimum it is the same hourly rate, plus mileage and any stairs. Sofa hoisting is £150–£280.

You book in whole hours: at least 2 hours on the small van and 3 hours on the Luton. If the job runs over, extra time is charged in 30-minute steps.

By bank transfer after the job is done. There is no deposit and nothing is paid before moving day.

Yes. Mileage is charged one way, collection to delivery, at the van's per-mile rate: £1.20 a mile for the Small Transit (SWB), £1.80 a mile for the Luton Box Van.

Stairs are charged: £10 per person on the crew, per flight of stairs, for each hour at that address. A floor is 2 flights; the ground floor is free and a working lift removes the charge. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays cost the same as a weekday, and there is no ULEZ charge.
